Re-Opening Plan

To Our Valued Clients and Business Partners,

As we continue to work through the ever-changing landscape that the COVID-19 pandemic created, we wanted to touch base to share our current plans to reopen our Pittsburgh office.  

For the past several years we had built and tested our disaster recovery plan.  This allowed us to seamlessly transition to a remote office environment when the stay-at-home order was issued for Monday, March 16, 2020. Our board met the Sunday evening before via conference call and we’ve been working remotely since.  This quick reaction to the fluid business landscape using virtual communications, secure file sharing systems, etc. has strengthened our commitment to keeping our clients and business partners safe and informed.    

Now that we have been in the green phase for several weeks, we will begin our return to our Pittsburgh office.  We divided the firm into three teams for our initial rotation which will begin on Monday, July 13^th.  During this period from next Monday through August 21^st, a team will be in the office one week then work remotely again for two weeks.  We will all work remotely again the week of August 24^th for office deep cleaning and reopen with everyone returning to the office on Monday, August 31^st. 

Our Akron, Ohio, office location will also begin to be staffed the week of July 13^th, with one team member being present in the office each week through September.  While there is ample room for social distancing in the office, this plan allows us to stage back to normal on-site business operations and accommodate the health standards in place for the building.
